To determine which plan you need, you must first identify the specific requirements of your organisation. Then, you can evaluate the different plans offered by SnapPOD to see which best suits your needs.

Consider how many submissions you anticipate making each month, how many locales you have and how many app users you need.

Understanding SnapPOD plans:
  • Basic Plan: Our Basic plan is for very small organisations that only have a few number of submissions. It is perfect for organisations that have only one locale and one app user. This plan has basic features. If you exceed your submission limit on this plan, you'll be charged an out-of-bundle rate for each additional submission.
  • Professional Plan: Our Professional plan is great for small but growing organisations that plan to have a higher number of submissions. You can manage up to 3 locales and 3 app users. You have access to the core features of SnapPOD, plus additional data services functionality. If you exceed your submission limit on this plan, you'll be charged an out-of-bundle rate for each additional submission.
  • Enterprise Plan: Our Enterprise plan offers premium features alongside unlimited submissions with additional data control and security facilities. Designed for organisations that wants no limits on locales, app users, recipients and submissions. Packed with many additional business benefits like external transporter linking, auto daily recons, multi locale app user associations and lots more...
  • Select a plan best suited for your organisation.
  • Click the Signup Now button.
  • Provide your organisational details.
  • Create your login details. Choose a strong password so you can login to manage your organisation.
  • Accept the terms and conditions and click Sign up.
  • You will be sent an email to verify your identity.
  • After verification is successful, you can now log in.
  • Payment is required to access your plans full features.

Billing is simple and depends on the payment model you choose.

  • Annual Plan: When you sign up, you pay for the entire year upfront. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each year, and you'll be billed for the full annual fee at that time.
  • Monthly Plan: When you sign up, you pay for the first month upfront. You are then billed monthly on the same day. For example, if you subscribe on the 10th of the month, your next payment will be due on the 10th of the following month.

Submissions out of the bundle will be charged at the end of every month separately for Basic and Professional plans.

The Basic and Professional plans have an out-of-bundle rate of R9.95, per submission. The Enterprise plan allows UNLIMITED submissions.

You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately and your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.

SnapPOD does not allow plan downgrades (only cancellations).

All payments are non-refundable. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

You can cancel your subscription on your organisation's admin website. After you cancel, you'll still have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Submissions made in this period over the plan limit (if applicable) will still be billed.

SnapPOD does not retain any of your submission files, just your subscription, organisational and workflow data to provision services.

Once you cancel your subscription, you have until the end of your billing period to use the system, after which time your organisational data will be deleted. In this period, you could choose to restore your subscription.
Please note that all your submitted generated documents that were routed to your designated recipients is not affected as that data will already be stored by you and we have no copy of that data.

Note that SnapPOD treats all clients' organisational data as private information. After cancellation that data is deleted from our platform. If you require the data before deletion, you can contact our support staff.
